Individual counselling sessions cost $147.00 for each 50 minute session. Couples & family counselling sessions cost $183.75 for each 50 minute session. Prices include GST.
Counselling fees are paid at the beginning of each session. Maple Ridge Counselling accepts credit card, cash, or E-transfer to mapleridgecounsellingservices@gmail.com
Yes. Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC'S) and Registered Social Workers (RSW) are covered under most extended health benefits plans (i.e., Sunlife, Blue Cross, Green Shield) but we do not direct bill. We will provide you with a receipt after each session and you can submit it to your extended health plan provider for reimbursement. Contact your plan provider to find out how what your maximum yearly coverage for counselling is. Typically it's between $500.00-$900.00 per calendar year.

There are two ways that you can book a session. You can book online or you can call, text, or email Maple Ridge Counselling at 604-220-6572 or mapleridgecounsellingservices@gmail.com
Yes. You always have the option of doing your session by video, by phone, or in-person and you can change it up for any session. This means you never have to miss your session due to illness, weather, etc.
It varies, but this is something that you can talk about with your therapist during your first visit.
Yes. We offer counselling services during the week , evenings, and on the weekend. Clicking on 'book online' will bring you to the booking calendar so you can see what days and times are currently available for booking
Yes! It's so important that you feel like it's a good fit with your counsellor. If, for any reason, you don't feel like it's a good fit please let your counsellor know and she will work with you to get you working with someone else

We have a two-story Parkade at the back of the building (above Club 16) and there is free parking directly across the street in the Shoppers Drug parking lot.
